ABOUT US
Dr. Lindquist grew up in southern Maine and has had animals her entire life. Having ridden since she was 8 years old, horses have been a constant passion, but creatures from dogs and cats to guinea pigs and rabbits have also been a part of her life long love of animals. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at Mount Holyoke College, and then her DVM degree at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine where she earned the Bascom Cooksey Jr. Scholarship for large animal medicine. She is a licensed veterinarian in both Maine and New Hampshire.
Although a long time practitioner of western veterinary medicine, her interest in providing integrative health care choices for her patients led her to expand her education and skill set to include animal chiropractic and traditional Chinese veterinary medicine.
This knowledge has grown into a passion to provide a resource and a practice focused on using these powerful and highly effective modalities to improve the lives of animals, large and small.
Dr. Lindquist is a graduate of the Options for Animals College of Animal Chiropractic, and has been additionally certified by the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association. She is also a graduate of the Chi Institute of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine where she learned the art of acupuncture.
